At Museum Passes, we strive to provide the highest quality editorial content and premium consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for any premium digital goods, consulting services, or premium subscriptions purchased through our platform.
2. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital information products, all sales of premium digital guides, PDF downloads, and digital subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable once the download sequence has been initiated or the content has been accessed. However, we will gladly issue a refund if:
- The digital file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
3. Consulting Services
If you have booked a premium cultural consultancy session or personalized itinerary planning, you may cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 100% full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable.

5. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
